The Department of Homeland Security sent a subpoena to Meta to learn the identities of Anti-ICE activists organizing opposition to ICE in Long Beach, California. The anonymous activist/journalist behind the “Long Beach Rapid Response Network” Instagram site filed a motion to quash to prevent the disclosure. The government withdrew the subpoena.
